I am the child of a man who did the same thing.
It’s a mental illness. My father could not beat his demons. They got him. By no means does it mean he didn’t love me – I know that.

He just didn’t love himself.

Damn Selfish… please maybe you’re right but he has kids so why be so nasty. Sad story I heard he was a really good guy. My heart breaks for his family. Certainly too young to die. Rest in peace.
