They met up at Manhattan nightclub La Esquina, and before leaving Aniston hugged fans and signed autographs.
The couple wore matching black outfits and witnesses say they were very affectionate toward one another.
Mayer paid the tab, then the pair hit GoldBar, where they danced into the early morning hours.
