Bettie Page in Critical Condition After Heart Attack

The one and only beloved Bettie Page, 85, suffered a heart attack Tuesday and is critically ill in a Los Angeles hospital.

Todd Mueller, a personal friend of Page’s said the controversial 1950s pinup girl was in a coma.

Mark Roesler of the Curtis Management Group was asked to confirm that news and he said, “I would not deny that,” but added, “She is critically ill.”

Page was a Playboy centerfold in 1955 – long before the magazine was world renowned.

The secretary turned model broke taboos by posing for S&M shots and starring in risque all female films.

Page later disappeared from the public eye and converted to Christianity. Later in life she refused most interviews, and the ones she granted she asked that her photo not be taken.

Hopefully she has a peaceful passing. :(
