Please tell me that I’m not the only who thought he sounded awful!
It could just be that this album is so synthesized that the live versions of the songs sound awful in comparison, but I agree…quite a mediocre performance.

Kanye usually is amazing – even live, so I don’t really understand this performance. I saw him live in NYC not too long ago and he was GREAT. Maybe he was just having an Ashlee Simpson kinda night?
I will admit, I had never heard either song before but “Love Lockdown” made me stay in front of the TV instead of running to the bathroom. I listened to the album version today and I prefer the live, especially the percussion.
