A judge has ruled that former Full House child star Jodie Sweetin is not be left alone with her 8-month old baby.

The ruling took place during an emergency hearing requested by Sweetin’s estranged husband, Cody Herpin, who told the courts that his ex had driven while intoxicated with their infant child in the vehicle.

Jodie is a recovering alcoholic and methamphetamine user who, in the past, credited her former husband with saving her life.

She will only be allowed to spend time with her child if  one or both of her parents supervise.

A doctor also testified that Jodie had recently relapsed but she did not feel the child was in immediate danger.

The judge in the case is requiring both parents to take a drug test before their next scheduled hearing.

Sorry, but I called it last month. I knew she had been using again. When she bailed on her husband, taking the baby with her, I knew something was up. We will see to what extent once the drug test results come in. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if BOTH parents tests come back dirty.

Some people just should not procreate…period.
