Tim Chapman Back in Court for Indecent Exposure Trial

Timothy Chapman, best known as the sidekick of ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter’ Duane Chapman, (no relation), is back in court over charges he masturbated in public.

Witness Kimberly Lum says she passed by Tim’s truck in a bank parking lot, noticing that a male was in the vehicle, masturbating. Lun says she did not see his face. She reported him to the bank’s security guard who approached Tim and asked him to get dressed and step out of his truck. That’s when Tim raced out of the parking lot, nearly hitting the man and fleeing the scene. He later turned himself in.

He has been charged with indecent exposure and terroristic threatening.

Now for Tim’s side.

Tim claims that he had spilled orange juice on himself, in the crotch area no doubt, so he pulled into the parking lot to clean himself up and change pants. He says he then had to crawl into the backseat, where he had spare clothing, and changed twice before finding a pair that fit. That’s when he says he noticed he had not finished cleaning up the mess and continued wiping up his groin area.

His lawyer claims to have an expert ready to testify saying that there was, in fact, orange juice present on his pants. He is also saying that his client did not attempt to run down the officer, but instead was swerving to miss a newspaper vending machine and curb.

Who knows where this trial is going, but it’s been awfully fishy since the beginning. Sounds like Tim Chapman is trying to use the OJ card…and we all know how far that can get you.
