New reports are surfacing today on the condition of Rihanna and the extent of her injuries after being beat up by boyfriend Chris Brown.
Last night Rihanna was released from Cedars-Sinai medical center, exiting out the back discreetly and using a decoy to distract media.
Earlier reports of Rihanna suffering bite marks to an arm and multiple fingers were true, and the singer also suffered a bloody nose, cut lips and two rather large contusions on her forehead. It’s not known for sure if she suffered broken teeth as earlier reported.
Police took photos of her injuries to serve as evidence. Law enforcement described her injuries to TMZ as “horrific” and “devastating proof of abuse.”
Rihanna is also claiming that Brown hit her with closed fists. There was no weapon, and regardless of what you may have heard, no umbrella.
Although Rihanna refused medical treatment at the scene she was transported to the hospital a short time later.
Earlier reports suggesting Rihanna called 911 are apparently not true. Emergency services were reportedly called by a witness who heard Rihanna’s screams.
Rihanna has since postponed her Malaysian concert. Spokesperson for Pineapple Concerts said in a statement,
“In light of recent events involving Rihanna, [William Morris Agency] will confirm within two weeks from now on a replacement date to be mutually agreed [upon]. We sincerely regret this unavoidable shift in schedule and apologize to the fans for any inconvenience caused.”
I hope this incident inspires other women, in and outside of Hollywood, to come forward and take a stand. Men who hit women are cowards. And despite what you may think, there are quite a few women in Tinseltown who are suffering at the hands of their husbands/boyfriends.
From what I’m hearing bout rihana. chris brown had every right to hit her cause he tried walking away and she just kept going. Also she hits him all the time. RIHANNA IS NOT AS INNOCENT AS SHE LOOKS…. i also hear rihanna is a typical hot blooded caribean girl. Maybe now she will learn her lesson.

I understand that Rihanna has a temper but what independent female making their own money, wuldnt have one. We live in a day and age where most women are outspoken and hard to control.
