Matthew McConaughey rides his skateboard down to Malibu beach for a late afternoon jog yesterday.

The actor was, as always, followed by his trusty dog, BJ. He takes BJ with him every single time he goes for a run these days.

What a lucky little pooch, Matthew is a great dog owner!
