If there is one thing I hate, it is frivilous lawsuits.
So I am pretty sure I wouldn’t get along with Lucie J. Kim, a total dumbass who is suing Miley Cyrus for $4 Billion dollars after photos of Cyrus and friends slanting their eyes went public.
Kim says she is representing 1 million Asians who live in L.A. County. She want Miley to pay each Asian the minimum damages for a civil rights violation, which would be $4,000 per person. This amount totals to be $4 billion.
The suit states that Cyrus “should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.”
Someone sue this bitch for being a twat!
as offensive as the photo is, this lawsuit and all frivolous lawsuits are just as offensive.
next thing you know the kkk will sue peta for wearing the white hood and robe to protest the westminster kennel show.

ok…seriously, that is just plain stupid. I am Asian and I don’t even take that picture offensively. Who is SHE to say that she is representing the Asian community against the lawsuit? Yes, it’s good to stand up for a minority community, but that just make us Asian look stupid and look like we’re all about getting money in whatever ways possible.
And personally, I think people are taking this picture and it’s meaning WAY OUT OF HAND. Majority of us take pictures with our friends being silly and sometimes even make fun at other race or ethnicity, but that’s just out of pure fun and there’s no harm to it. A lot of people does it, so why is it so bad for Miley to just do that with her friends? We’re picking on her just because she’s a celebrity. If you go on myspace, facebook, etc. and look at pictures, you’ll see ALOT of people taking pictures poking fun of other people, race, ethnicity, gender, etc. It is just so ridiculous. These people who supposedly doing for the sake of the Asian community…just embarrassed me.
