Britney Spears brightened up the lives of 40 sick children on Saturday while taking a break from her Circus Tour.
Spears visited Miami Children’s Hospital and not only spent time with the kids, she also made a donation to the hospital’s Big Apple Circus Clown Care program that features clowns who are medical professionals who visit sick children.
Hospital rep Cristene Martinez dished on Spears’ visit, “She took pictures with the kids and gave them autographed pictures. The kids were so excited to meet Britney, and having her here was a great distraction for them.”
Spears spent about a half hour at the hospital before leaving to prepare for her concert that evening.
Why does she always have her freaking mouth open like that. It’s so annoying.

well I think Britney just want to show that she is present. She has to do something for her comeback and public attention is always the best. espacially working with kids is a good promotion for her. and her freaking mouth is just the way Britney is, but i agree: it looks ridiculous^^
