Don Imus Has Cancer

Don Imus announced on his radio show Monday morning that he has stage II prostate cancer.

Imus, 68, said that he hopes to beat the disease but did not discuss his future treatments.

He said the news was certainly shocking.”The day you find out is fine. But the next morning when you get up, your knees are shaking. I didn’t think I could make it to work.”

The controversial radio host was fired from his longtime employer CBS after calling women on the Rutger’s basketball team, “Nappy headed hos.”
