TMZ has spotted him before, out and about on a bicycle, wearing the same mini-skirt and hot pink halter top.
Apparently the latest photo (top) shows him hanging around outside of the dance studio where Olympian Shawn Johnson practices for ‘Dancing with the Stars’. That girl sure knows how to attract them!

I have seen this guy at the West Hollywood pride parade (not actually in the parade) wearing a see-thru mesh thong bikini while riding a bicycle….the best part was that there was a cop running after him with her cell phone trying to take a picture of him and laughing hysterically!
