Sean Penn Files for Legal Separation

After filing for divorce in 2007 and then deciding to not go through with it, Sean Penn, 48, and Robin Wright, 43, might really be done this time.

Penn filed for legal separation with joint custoody of their two children. He filed the papers last week.

I know a lot of people don’t like Sean Penn but I love the guy. Seriously, one of the greatest actors of all time. You can’t dispute that! I finally saw Milk this last weekend and LOVED it. If you haven’t seen it, rent it tonight!

    I don’t know why but I really was hoping they would stay together. Sad news. Well on the upside perhaps she’ll start working more, and that would be a good thing for everyone because she’s really talented.
