You have to change the inside before you can change the outside.
Weight loss is not a contest….contests don’t work, diets don’t last and food delivery services enable the larger issue.
It’s the FAT IN YOUR HEAD that you have to cut through.
FIGHT THE FAT IN YOUR HEAD and the weight on the scale will balance out.
You have to FIGHT, get mad at the fat….get mad at the temptations that are placed all around you and fight back.
Fight back at everything that wants to sabatoge all your hard efforts.
When you get sad, GET MAD….one day, you’ll be glad that you can USE POWER ….NOT WILLPOWER.
Willpower gets you where Kirstie Alley and Oprah keep going, over and over and over and over…..fat.
All the money in the world hasn’t helped these women fight the fat in their brains.
All the money, private trainers, chefs and food police haven’t helped these women. Competing against other fatties won’t help you, it’s NOT A CONTEST.
YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE.
CUT THROUGH THE FAT IN YOUR BRAIN to get to the heart of the matter.
Let nothing and no one stand in your way…it’s the only way you’ll get there, stay there. You have to want to live.

First of all, she wishes she weighed 228. She’s around 5′9″ so she’s at least 250. I’d say that was being kind and before Jen Craig she was hovering around 300lbs. I think she’s got the money and the resources to get her weight down, but it does show that losing weight is only part of the issue you have to have good nutrition to maintain any weight, you have to have a set point when you hit that 10lb over ideal, start cutting back and exercising more and then the weight comes right off. It’s common sense really to stay on course but her weight fluctuations are dangerous.
