Morgan Freeman may be having an affair with his 25-year-old granddaughter, E’Dena Hines.
Freeman, 72, is in the midst of an ugly divorce with his wife of 25-years, Myrna Colley-Lee.
The couple raised E’Dena, who is the granddaughter of Morgan’s first wife, Jeanette Adair Bradshaw.
According to the source, a supposed family friend, Myrna confronted her husband about a bizarre incident that took place between he and his step-granddaughter.
The source dishes: “Myrna said E’dena told her that when she was a teenager, she and Morgan went to dinner at a friend’s house one evening. Both had been drinking and when they returned home Morgan attempted to have sex with her. They stopped just short of having intercourse.”
They claim that Myrna confronted her husband about it but that he continued to see E’dena and even took her to major events such as “The Dark Knight” movie premiere.
Morgan’s publicist had no comment.
Do you think that there is any truth to this? I hope not! I love Freeman, he is one of my favorite actors. And crimony, he played Black God for crying in a bucket. It could be a crazy vicious smear campaign potted by his wife as well, so let’s let this one unfold before we say that Morgan Freeman is the new Woody Allen!

E’den is in so many photo ops, all the photos and events are different, his wife barely is at any event. It’s an odd story, if true a sad story because he raised her like his own child. Disturbing? Hell ya, and if it was a negotiation ploy during divorce settlement meetings this was a doozy to let out publicly when his first directorial effort is just hitting screens.

I hope this isn’t true because I love Morgan Freeman. I just finished watching The Bucket List and loved it. These stars need to go about their affairs as privately as possible and not air their dirty laundry in public.
I hope Oprah gets him on her show and openly berates him and removes him from her ‘things I love’ list!!

Who the f-k cares? They’re not related. As far as I see it, he was being unfaithful. Blame him for that if you need to blame him at all. Like it’s the first time a man is having an affair. Besides, take a moment and count how many famous men in Hollywood have slept with young women. You’d be surprised how many they are.
I’m amazed at how many people have comments and opinions about things they don’t know anything about. Prayer is in order, for all! Including those those who think affairs with young women, just because you’re famous, is okay! Grief! America has lost all its morals, evidenced by the fact that R. Kelley is not in jail, and Woody Allen is still allowed to make movies, and we wonder why the statistics on deaths of young women at the hand of their spouses and lovers is so high, and domestic violence is so prevalent. This is why! There is no protection for women in this country, and women are berated, and men are “just being men”. So Demaris is a “gold digging whore” and Freeman is just doing what famous Hollywood men do! Sexism is the real problem in the world, bar none!
To suggest that his wife might have started this rumor is just evil. What about that golddigging partner of his in Mississippi, or someone at his production facility or his golddigging mistress, who clearly has caused all the gossip in what has been a very quiet public life for a long time? Nobody knew anything about Morgan Freeman’s private life till she came on the scene, being his adulterer. Her promoting this story makes much more sense. Why aren’t they more logical choices than someone who has been with him for decades, even when he was a poor and struggling actor? I’d say that she has suffered enough with all this ugly publicity and being with someone with so much emotional turmoil in his life, and causing so much at the same time. Leave that woman alone. Shame on you!
