Get an Iron Man 2 sneak peek in the upcoming issue of Entertainment Weekly featuring Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson and Mickey Rourke on the cover.

Mickey Rourke is a newcomer to the film as Ivan Vanko aka Whiplash, and Scarlett Johansson is as well, playing the sexy Natasha, aka Black Widow. Apparently ScarJo’s costume was so body hugging that she had a bit of a cameltoe problem. Her outfit has since been altered to fix that “problem”. Sorry boys!

Terrence Howard will not be returning to the film due to a salary dispute. His loss is Don Cheadle’s gain. Cheadle said of his new role:  “Terrence and I couldn’t be more different. We address it head-on in the movie in one exchange. We’re not trying to fool people.”

Gwyneth Paltrow will also return as Stark’s former assistant Pepper Potts.

Iron Man hits theaters May 2010.
