“Gossip Girl” star Taylor Momsen celebrates her sweet 36th 16th birthday by performing with her band The Pretty Reckless at the Hiro Ballroom and then blowing out the candles on her “emo” birthday cake.

The cake is super rad, but please, she is 16!? She looks like a younger Courtney Love.

Call me old fashioned, but where are her parents? Television star or not, she has on a see-through dress and more makeup than a drag queen. (no offense to the queens!)

If she looks like this now, what the hell is she going to look like at 25? Wow, just wow..
