While on vacation in St Tropez, Lily Allen and Kate Moss were spotted smoking a spliff on a yacht.

Ok, so they were reefing on a joint, big deal, right? Well, what would you say if they were smoking right next to Kate’s 6-year-old daughter?

In the photo below that’s exactly what they are doing. Hopefully they weren’t chopping lines in front of her too..

hmm..Thats a bit of an exaggeration with the ‘chopping lines’ bit. It’s just marijuana. People smoke cigarettes in front of tots all the time, I think this is a much healthier alternative..
