VH1 has canceled Megan Wants a Millionaire after one of the show’s contestants is a “person of interest” in a murder!
As we reported earlier today, [LINK] Ryan Jenkins (supposedly one of the finalists if not THE winner of Megan Wants a Millionaire) is wanted by police in the death of Jasmine Fione, a woman he met in Las Vegas and then married two days later back in March.
Her nude body was found in a suitcase which was disposed of in a dumpster behind an apartment complex in Buena Park.
Jenkins has been unreachable since Fione’s disappearance.
VH1 has decided to pull the plug on the reality dating show for obvious reasons, and has removed all promotional information from it’s website.
I tried sitting through a couple of the episodes and really, the show was terrible. A bunch of dorky guys who tried to buy Megan’s affections. I tell ya, I love trashy reality shows, but this one even I couldn’t love..it was that bad.
Hopefully they find this douchebag! Of coure we need to wait and see how this plays out to see if he is even the guilty party. But really, he HAS to be. Why else would he be running? Weird, and creepy. Sad for Jasmine..

Ryan Jenkins was a contestant on Megan Wants A Millionaire, an outside production, produced and owned by 51 Minds, that is licensed to VH1. The show completed production at the end of March. Given the unfortunate circumstances, VH1 has postponed any future airings. This is a tragic situation and our thoughts go out to the victim’s family.
Wow, that is crazy! Good thing this was found out before he hurt anyone else.
I think Megan ruins the rep of blonde by doing such a thing. People would think that, well, this is what a blonde would do. What she really need is not a man but a better education.
One of Jenkins friends has spoken to a couple of media outlets, he was the winner of the show, so they can’t edit around him because he’s in every episode, also it came out that his victim had packed all of her stuff and was leaving him after two months of marriage.
In response to the news the production company and VH1 had no choice but to pull all reference to the show, you really can’t have married men on dating shows, especially men who seem to have killed their wives. This may be a sad case of if I can’t have you no one can.
Very sad, Megan will be long forgotten but not the victim and her murdering husband. I feel horrible for Fiore’s family, what a nightmare to have your child thrown in a dumpster like trash.
I really hope this will be the end of “reality” dating… its dumb and now its become dangerous….
How sad for Fiore. I watched an episode of that show the other day, and it sucked. I will take Daisy of Love over her anyday. At least Daisy mispronounced words and tripped and fell enough to make me laugh. Megan is just pathetic.

Everyone keeps watching Jon & Kate plus 8…I think that VH1 should show the remaining episodes at a later date or at least reveal who the winner was…it is obvious Ryan was a finalist and did not get chosen. And what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty…it shows to prove that BIG BROTHER…media telling us what we can know or watch or feel…I am not gonna be sorry that I want to see the remaining episodes, not bevause of the murder, but it was the dumbest show on TV and I had a good laugh every time it was on. What the hell is it gonna hurt to show the rest…he didn’t murder her on the show.

He won I Love Money 3, which is supposed to air later this year, he did not win Megan wants a Millionare. He was only a finalist.
Poor megan, she doesnt get her show, and they proably arent going to make a second one, i feel really bad for, and i actaully looked forward to seeing the show, because of her dog lily, :’( i really hope that she gets a second show though

It is chilling to me to read people complaining about the cancellation because Megan was not killed! Thank God, that show was awful. I can think of a dozen better looking girls with more personality than Megan. She’s not even that hot. She’s dumb as a pile of bricks. Okay, she may be able to pick out the weakest, most nonconfident man out of a bunch so that she could use them and take all their money, but is that really that hard? Well honestly I recorded (DVR) the show and when I heard about what happened and seen it was Ryan I was thinking they might postpone the show, not cancel it. Wether it is a good thing or bad I look at it this way…Jasmine was killed by Ryan in the fit of jealousy because of her ex husband and another guy friend. It sucks because it could’ve happened to Megan to if she picked him in the end or she could’ve been next had he not fled to Canada and hung himself. Its crazy really I think he seemed like such a nice guy on the show, although I know some put on good acts. No matter what it sucks that the show was cancelled but it also sucks the girl lost her life because she was looking to move on from crazy possessive Ryan.
