The Yeah Yeah Yeahs are up for an MTV Video Music Award this year with their hit, ‘Heads Will Roll’, from their album, It’s Blitz!

This is most definitely my favorite song of the 2009 and I am hoping the band gets the award that they deserve. Not only is the song amazing, the video is one you’re not likely to forget! And unless you have been living under a rock, or you simply don’t watch MTV, here’s the video for you to enjoy.

The werewolf who terrorizes and eventually massacres the crowd at a nightclub dances a little like Michael Jackson, and damn if he isn’t creepy! The whole video is a little eerie, as is the song, which is probably why I love it.

This song is SO 80s inspired, Karen O sounds a lot like Dale Bozzio of Missing Persons, (Walking in L.A, Words). Very “New Wave”.
