Avril Lavigne and Deryk Whibley to Divorce?
The rumors of Avril Lavigne and husband Deryk Whibley divorcing are gaining steam.
The couple, who have been married since 2006, haven’t been photographed together since December 2008!
In the meantime, Avril has been spotted out partying a lot, with male companions at her side. She also recently took a vacation with her girlfriends to St. Tropez, and was said to have been drinking and flirting with guys the entire time. Meanwhile, Deryk was spotted, by himself, at the ‘Transformers’ premiere last June.
So it looks like the couple is really heading for divorce. So not surprising. The pug and the rat just didn’t mesh!

Hasn’t she pretty much been drunk and cheating on him for the last few years anyway? I think he was grounded in 07 and hasn’t been able to leave the house since then, you never see him out or working which I am sure is not lost on Ms Lavigne.
He is the reason her album sucked? Huh, here I was thinking it was because of Avril being an untalanted twat like so many others these days.
Don’t believe the rumors, they are not getting divorced, they have been seen together in LA several times since this article was posted, Avril and Deryck are working together on her album which is due out on Nov, 17th 2009
