In all honesty, things get taken away when they are abused.
Going some where because you want to flirt with an employee is one thing and getting naked for tips in another.
I personally think modesty is loads sexier than being lewd, but I also recognize that my opinion shouldn’t hold true for every person.
My main problem is if these girls are doing what is claimed then they are adult entertainers. (strippers in Everett can’t be touched! why should a barista be allowed to be?)
When it comes to legalities I don’t know them but what seems fair to me is simple – do not allow any nudity – fine the girls with indecent exposure – if you want to change a law so you can fine the owner/manager – well then change the law.
but even though I don’t go to bikini coffee shops (and I get coffee every freakin day) doesn’t mean they should be taken away – if we were in miami or cali do you really think anyone would even mention that someone was in a bikini? hell no..
one more thing i’d like to see though, if a girl is posing in a bikini as part of her job (hence bikini espresso) would it be to much to ask that they be 18+ there is nothing more disgusting to me than a high school barista trolling for tips.
So in review – everyone calm down – bikini = fine , public nudity = not fine.
agreed???
Congrats to Jenny K.! She won a pair of Chuck Taylor Converse from Celebrity Smack!
