I have to admit, Rush had some great points about what could happen if government was put in control of our health care system. But, as I hate to discuss politics, I’ll leave this one up to you to decide if you think his points were valid or not.
Rush Limberger is insane, MA has had mandatory health care for over 20 years – a friend just moved there and she loves it, was paying 550, with only 50% prescription so the cost in CA to her was nearly 700 a month, there she pays 275, got a complete physical within 2 weeks of changing her driver’s license, picked the doctor she wanted and pays 10 for prescriptions. Please. He makes zillons, he can even buy oxy under false names for “back problems” what about people who aren’t offered it any insurance and have kids, 75% of the children are either not insured or under insured, and since we are the only advance nation in the world who does offer health care for all – it’s a shame, France it’s amazing, England very good and leading edge. There are ways to make it work, but all of this is being sabotaged and watered down to fail by the … republican’s who were universally routed in the last election, none of them should have been on the committee, and yet they get half the votes by a country who no longer wanted them to represent them. Funny that – Obama will be sorry he tried to work with because if they can screw it up, they will have a chance to dismantle it later.
Fun Fact: American is only second to Haiti in childhood deaths, Haiti being one of the poorest nations in the world. I am ashamed of that, I don’t know about you.
That’s right Jinxy – Just go ahead and beg the Government to come save you and that’ll make you feel better.
Fact of the matter is, the other “Advance [sic] Nation”’s do not have a Constitution, built on Blackstonian Ideals, which exists solely to drastically limit the size and scope of the Government.
Had Government not abdicated its responsibility to coin money in 1913 to a private Financial Institution, our dollar would still be worth a dollar instead of the 4 cents it currently is.
Imagine what a low income family could do if their money wasn’t taxed and stolen through the hidden cost of inflation. That same financial institution that profits off Fractional Reserve Banking is the one that allows and encourages treating debt as an asset.
Credit Default Swaps, Collateralized Debt Obligations – these things combined with a politically correct Welfare State are responsible for the economic “Collapse”. This is not a failure of Capitalism but the failure of a financial Oligarchy.
And you want to turn over Health Care to them. How about no?
Interesting how Kennedy went to Duke for his treatment instead of using the MA Healthcare System that’s so wonderful and dreamy.
I hate how all these people have so much doom and gloom but no solutions as if it should stay like it is. ENOUGH with the bullshit and scaring people SCARE SCARE…. come up with a real solution instead of diving us all the time!
