Soulja Boy Arrested: MUG SHOT!

Soulja Boy was arrested last night in McDonough, Georgia after running from the police.

Why was he running from police? I’m not too sure, but I bet there was reason for it.

It all started around 9 P.M. when an officer responded to a call about people hanging out at a house that might possibly be abandoned. That group of people was Soulja Boy and a crew of people who were there shooting a video. Once the officer arrived, about half of the people took off running. (Reminds me of old high school keggers!) Soulja Boy included.

After a few minutes, Soulja returned and was prompty arrested and charged with obstruction, which is a misdemeanor.

Running from the police has got to be one of the single most moronic things to do in life. I figure if Soulja was running, he was most definitely hiding something. You don’t run when you have nothing to hide…

    i bet he ran cause he wanted to get caught and arrested. how else is he gonna look more gangsta? now he can check off mugshot and getting arrested in his “how to look more hardcore as a rapper and get street cred list”.

    Was it that he was trying to prove that he was still a street person.. That was very stupid to begin with and it really didn’t prove nothing to be honest…..just showed that he can still be ignorant.

    Regardless if he ran or not he probably would have been arrested anyway because he is a young black rapper hanging around a house in the middle of the night with 30 other (probably black) people. Yes it sounds bad, but probably not as bad as they made it seem. How do you know that the police officer didnt want to go back to his buddies and say “Hey…I arrested soulja boy.” Or maybe the officer wanted to prove a point, it could go either way. Why do people have to be so bias…the police is always right…right?

    i’m sorry but if i’m hanging out in front of a house and the police whether they approach the house with a racist mindset or not, i’m not gonna start running away. that’s the fastest way to look suspicious and get arrested.

    why didn’t he just stay there and say or have his people tell the police we’re shooting a video, and show them the permit they have to shoot there. (i’m assuming they had or needed a permit).

    and if the police arrested him without any cause they would have a huge lawsuit on their hands.

    Soulja boy wants to be known as a hardcore gangster rapper soooo bad.

    He first came out with that dance song ..which could be directed towards kids. now all of a sudden heis cussing …smoking weed…and wearing Gucci & Louie..ect…

    You it really kills me when you here something like this on the news or the web.
    And rite away you have people that want jump to conclusions talkn bout oh he was hiding something or he wanted to try and look hard whatever!
    But you know what thats just a natural reaction. When you have 25-30 people together and 5-10 of them just take off running. Dont u think that would make you start running also. And maybe he came back cause once he realized that it was only the police and thats all he came back.
    It’s such a shame that our people are so quick to judge or point the finger.How we love to see someone else in pain,trouble or just having a hard time. Think about it it could have been YOU. = )
