Did Garry Shandling get plastic surgery?
What is up with that face?! It looks swollen, and not just from weight gain.

At the very least he’s had dermafill (and maybe some botox) his cheeks look the same as Mickey Rourke’s have recently and HE must have had fill, he’s nowhere near the horror he was!

His forehead and eyes look less wrinkled than the before shot, and his nose does look different. He does seem to be quite a bit younger in the before shot.
