January Jones in GQ

January Jones, who is riding high on her career right now as Mad Men’s Betty Draper, posed for GQ topless and dished about a former famous ex-boyfriend who told her she couldn’t act.

january-jones-gq-3GQ journalist Mark Kirby was lucky enough to land the interview with January, and hop a flight back to Los Angeles alongside her. He learned very quickly that she was no lightweight when it came to tossing a few back – and she was nothing like the Betty Draper on television.

The juiciest part of the interview is when January tells Mark about her first boyfriend in Los Angeles. Supposedly he is someone very famous. She claims he wasn’t very supportive of her career.

“The guy I was dating when I first got to L.A. was not supportive of my acting. He was like, I don’t think you’re going to be good at this. So, f**k you! He only has nice things to say now. If anything, I should thank him. Because the minute you tell me I can’t do something, that’s when I’m most motivated.”

That famous boyfriend just so happens to be pretty-boy, Ashton Kutcher. Who isn’t exactly the Marlon Brando of our time.. How wrong you were, Ashton.

Even legendary actor Jack Nicholson adores January. He worked with her in 2003 on the film, Anger Management. A few years later, after having seen nearly the entire first season of Mad Men, Nicholson finally realized it was January who was playing Betty Draper. He called her immediately to  commend her acting skills.

January’s photo shoot for GQ is hot and risque, and I’m sure will garner no complaints from the men. Leather & lingerie for this hot 60’s housewife.
