Soupy Sales, dead at 83
Soupy Sales, real name Milton Supman, died Thursday night after losing his battle with cancer.
He had been under the care of Calvary Hospice in the Bronx.
The comedian was the host of the popular 60s children’s show, Lunch with Soupy Sales, which always ended with him getting a pie in the face. He once estimated during his career he had been hit with more than 20,000 pies.
Sales is survived by his wife, Trudy, and sons, Hunt and Tony.
[NYDN]

He will be sadly missed. My uncle David Brackove worked with him in Germany on BFBS and said he was a perfect gentleman. RIP

I always enjoyed Soupy’s talented slapstick and have missed his comedy for a long time.
Had he checked out http://www.cancerfungus.com, he would still be with us now and probably for many years to come. What an unnecessary loss.
I hope he validated his passport to heaven (Luke 9:23f) before his date of departure…supremely important, really.
Have you noticed what a large number of the great stars of yesteryear are dying of cancer these days? I wonder if that is the result of all the vaccination shots they have been taking over the years. Some shots are made from cancer cells so there is obviously a possibility those can cause cancer. The rest are filled with a multitude of viruses and an amazing amount of unhealthy junk that could be dangerous to people young and old without strong immune systems. Personally, I no longer allow myself to be vaccinated for anything because no one–NO ONE–really knows how safe or unsafe the shots are. It has always been foolish to blindly follow conventional medicine and now more than ever.
