Paula Deen hit in the face with a flying ham!

Rolly polly Southern chef Paula Deen was hit in the face by a ham while in Atlanta at a charity event.

Deen was helping to load a truck for “Hosea Feed the Hungry” when some dumbass either intentionally, or accidentally, threw a ham, hitting her square in the kisser. The crowd shrieked after she was hit, and Paula cupped her face and made a swift exit.

Later she joked about it (because, really, this woman is a sweetheart) saying: “I thought it busted my lip, but it didn’t. . . Ran head on to a hog!”

When I first saw this, I assumed some idiot threw it at her face on purpose, but now, I’m not so sure. It may have been a complete mishap. Hopefully so. I’d hate to think that someone would do that on purpose. But damn, there are so many pricks in this world, you never know. Glad to hear she didn’t break her nose or anything!
