Britney Spears either cut her hair or took those nappy ass extensions out.

That’s GOT to feel good after wearing those ratty things for a couple years now.

BritBrit was spotted shopping yesterday, on Robertson Blvd. wearing a spiderweb poncho which wasn’t particularly flattering. Might as well have been a Snuggie!
