Charlie Sheen’s latest MUG SHOT

Charlie Sheen was arrested on domestic abuse charges Christmas morning after his wife, Brooke Mueller, called 911.

Initially Mueller told police that Sheen had assaulted her by way of choking, but she has since recanted her story.

It all happened in a rental house in Aspen, where Brooke was staying for the holidays. Apparently the couple have been on the rocks and she was staying there to specifically be away from her husband. But then at some point he came out, most likely to spend the holiday with his wife, and obviously things didn’t go so well.

Mueller called 911 at 8:30 AM saying that her husband had tried to choke her. He was arrested and taken to jail where he posted bond and was released later that night. 

Authorities took blood tests from both Brooke and Charlie and the results were a tad surprising. Charlie’s BAC was .04 and Brooke’s was .13, legally drunk. Keep in mind, it was 8:30 AM in the morning…had they been up all night partying? And when I say partying, I mean doing blow – or something. Were they STILL drunk from the night before? OR did they wake up early and start hitting the booze right away?

If Charlie, in fact, did assault Brooke, did he later pressure her into backtracking? Or was she so angry and high/drunk that she DID lie about it? We will probably learn more after Charlie’s February 8th court date.
