Rachel Zoe and her anorexic self in St. Barth’s, covering herself up because she is so skin and bones.
Rachel and her hubby Roger were photographed on the beach, but as you can see, even though Rachel denies that she is anorexic, it clearly shows. She obviously is aware of it because she doesn’t want to show her body. She covers up while in the sun, most likely because she knows how deathly thin she looks.
Sad. And what’s really sad is that she refuses to admit it. She probably won’t even admit it to herself. Deep down though – she HAS to know.

How on earth could she look in the mirror at that baggy bikini top and still go outside in it? It reminds me of Nicole Richie’s bikini bottom!

I didnt know the concentration camp victim look was in? All she needs to do is shave her head and she’s good to go!
Hot dang. Seems like her husband doesn’t mind.
No wonder she is always exhausted and fainting. It’s very sad because she can’t be eating enough to be healthy and quite possibly not enough to stay alive. Rodger you are an enabler, she is at least 25 lbs under weight. Normal weight is healthy, not fat, certainly not that thin. Poor thing.
Having worked with anorexics, looking at Zoe is looking at someone sufferiing from the disorder. Denial is a hallmark of this psychiatric, sometimes fatal condition. I’m afraid poor Rachel may die before getting the help that she so obviously needs.
