Her eyes look bad now. She should have left it alone after the first surgery.

She will never be able to fill the void insider her. She is paying all this money to just look like every other vacant Hollywood sell out. She looks like she is in her 30s too, which for a 23 yr old is not good.

DEWD. she’s either gonna die from surgery complications or she’s gonna be one jacked up lookin’ old person. not good any which way you look at it. unnecessary cosmetic surgery when you’re young is one of the worst decisions a girl can make…

Oh, do you people want some whine with your cheese? Wasn’t there a study done less than 2 years ago or something saying 75% of people polled would gladly ACCEPT the option to get plastic surgery if offered or if they could afford it??? Didn’t everybody watch all those makeover shows saying they wish it was them?? I remember it pretty well… Please stop being so high and mighty.

As for Ms. Montag/ Mrs. Pratt- DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. Talk about an upgrade! I have always had a celebrity crush on her and her metamorphosis has been staggering- that Spencer is one lucky guy!

Sorry everyone- but there is a sizable portion of the guy (and girl) world who enjoy D+ breasts, killer curves and big pouty lips. Why do you think Marilyn Monroe is idolized to this day??? And if thats the look she and/or her husband want and they decide together- well not our business. I wouldn’t be surprised if someday these procedures are as common as a teeth cleaning. My only critique is that she looks older and more serious now and not as girly/ happy. BUT- we have yet to see anything else other than this ONE picture. A red carpet photo with a big smile could change that perception quick!

She’s gotten blonder too over the years- anyone want to attack that? Girls change their hair color like the weather. One of the best days of my life was when my wife- then girlfriend, surprised me on my birthday by showing up at a restaurant with really, really blonde hair instead of her natural light brown. To this day- its stayed that way- namely because, yes- I ended up being a lot more attracted to her. The point- don’t be so critical of others choices or preferences.

If she stopped right now she would be fine, but she won’t age right and will have to get work done for the rest of her life or look really jacked, hope that cash keeps rolling in! She has some A-1 self esteem issues, and seems to have developed some psychological problems too, her family must barely recognize her. She’s not going to stop getting surgery, she hates herself, so she will be wandering around Wildenstein territory in a couple of years or as long as she can afford it. Notice she’s using HER money to make her new record, meaning she’s going to be broke soon. What a sad idiot, but the chin reduction is a massive improvement. So that at least made some sense. The rest meh. She looks like every other over surgeried bleached blonde in the valley and LA, it’s like cookie cutter surgery now. They all look a like, except some of them go for the massive burn victim lips on top of what she had.

Oh my goodness, I would love to see a map of where these comments are coming from. My bet is that the majority are from women in the Northeast who are just like the weather- frigid… I have worked in the beauty industry for almost 15 years and most if nearly all women are enamoured with Hollywood standards honey. They come in with pictures of Katie Holmes, Carrie Underwood and Jennifer Aniston and say- make me look like that. I remember girls lining up to get the Rachel and Buffy look. I have had girls completely change the way they look by going from blonde to brunette or long to short because their FRIENDS told them to… Frankly, it’s far more cute or romantic when I have a client who comes in and says- make me a blonde! Or- give me a sexy bob! Because it is what their “man” likes or wants. We want to be attractive for our men- and we should! My husband shaved his goatee for me, he lifts weights, for me. My brother got a hair transplant because he didn’t want his wife to be less attracted to him as a baldie. I can’t say I entirely agree with Ms. Montag- but I will say, to many men out there, she probably looks very attractive. I myself got my breasts enlarged, I wanted them to better fit my frame and yes- I knew my man would like them- uhoh! And like the above boy poster- I dyed my hair auburn with light Ginger highlights because my “man” always had a thing for redheads- so I gave him one! Shame on me for being so weak!!! Frankly, you ladies may think Heidi may look plastic or “like a man” now- but judging from some of these comments- you girls ACT like men. To the one male positive poster- it’s your pov honey, and don’t worry- you aren’t a douche…

With all this money she spent on her surgeries, she could have donated to charity. Isn’t that what’s really important? I can understand if you have some serious flaw that you’re really insecure about and requires plastic surgery, but c’mon this is a bit ridiculous!! She seems a little self-absorbed to me. God made her the way she was for a reason and she looked great before!

No matter how much plastic surgery this dumb broad has, her kids will still look like her former self. How sad that her kids will look like someone else. I love the fact that I can see my chin in my son and that he has my nose and ears. That’s what makes them so special. They are a part of you and now this idiot has wiped all the characteristics that her future kids might have for the sake of 15 minutes of fame.

This is truly sad. I believed that Heidi Montag looked amazingly beautiful when first seeing her on The Hills. Looking at this picture of her post op I feel extrememly sad for her. She doesn’t look the same person! If you put her face next to any playboy bunny I wouldn’t be able to pick her out of the endless number of those women. Her nose doesn’t look like it fits her face. That brow lift truly made her gain age on her face. I thought her chin was signature I don’t know why she did that. Lyposuction on the neck…. I won’t even touch on that. I’m still trying to figure out what fat she saw. Her breasts are seriously TOO BIG for her chest and body size. She looks like a LA pornstar. she was already skinny so I’m confused as to why she’d want to get more lyposuction on her inner and outer thighs as well as her hips. Exercise could have seriously worked that out and she could have saved a shit load of money! I just really hope that she reads some of these comments and posts and take it as a lesson learned and stop herself to get help before she turns out like Michael Jackson or Lil’ Kim. We are people! not barbie dolls! We have flesh and if you cut us we bleed! We aren’t barbies stupid bitch ass taking hits! I hope Heidi seriously gets some self esteem because that would go so much farther than anything some “world renowned” plastic surgeon could try to give her.

I feel sad for her that she felt she had to have so many procedures done when she was beautiful before hand. But it is her body and face, if that is what it takes to make her feel comfortable with her self then more power to her. We go through diet after diet, beauty product after beauty product to make our selves feel more attractive, the difference being is that most of us are not under any lime light. Anyone is capable of crushing under the pressure of what we think people want from us, what other people think we should like. In her shoes I think I would get plastic surgery as well, and who knows to what extent. It is her body, her face. It may send a wrong message to women and young girls but as mothers it is our job to teach our daughters the true meaning of beauty because we are the real role models for young women.
