Heidi Montag is getting more and more plastic surgery.

So much plastic surgery, that the 23-year-old isn’t even recognizable as her former self anymore.

Which, ok, is probably a good thing, because she wasn’t exactly much to look at before. Montag says she is addicted to plastic surgery and recently had 10 different plastic surgery procedures done in a single day.

From what I can tell, she has had a ton of work done on her face. Her eyes, nose and chin look completely different. I hate to say it, but on this cover she looks good. I haven’t seen any other pics of her recently so I don’t know if it is just this one shot, or what, but I don’t even think I would have known that was her.

I DO know that she had better slow down or she is going to end up looking like a freak. And once you cross that line, there is no turning back!

    And people wonder why americas youth is going to shit…. haha, there is and NEVER will be anything ok about getting ten plastic surgeries in one day…. there are millions of young girls killing themselves or developing eating disorders daily because of the MORONS that condone this behavior defending heidi…. she should have had plastic surgery to have some backbone implanted in her. Is she really trying to feed people this victim shit about “poor me, they said I had a jay leno chin” “waaaaa” are you serious. Its pathetic. I don’t think its wrong to have plastic surgery. Everything in measurment like having a beer when you get home is ok… but giving a alcoholic a bottle of tequila then a set of car keys…. not a good idea. I feel sorry for heidi…. she will always be empty and feel ugly. Can’t fill that void this way…

    Danielle you are COMPLETELY right! Donna I bet your “man” goes to the strip club once a month with his buddies and tells you its fantasy football night you dumbass! Its one thing to keep your man happy but have some backbone and throw some game into it aswell. Sad fact is men always do like a challenge (exept the rare cases where they are imbalanced, having too much estrogen and chase u around like a lost puppy and you never like it anyway) so be smart don’t be his slave. And heidi is pathetic she is ugly and always will be because of her inside. She needs a hobby like collecting cute puppy calenders…. that seems harmless enough even for a airhead like her…. or atleast I hope so….

Saying she doesn’t care what ppl say then saying she got the surgery b/c ppl make fun of her. She looks like a tranny now. I pray to the heavens she never reproduces. Her existance is pointless as it is…

    before she ever had plastic surgery… she was cute. then she had the first batch. she became beautiful… now she’s simply spoilt herself. i must say though, some of the proceedures she had i never even knew they existed… she doesnt look 23 anymore, thats for sure.. she should go find a lawyer… 2. one to sue the plastic surgeon for ruining her face, the other to divorce the scum bag of a husband that most likely talked her into this.
