TMZ published the pics, showing Heidi’s new face, with lifted brows, a new nose, chin, lips, boobs, etc, etc!
So. Like I said before, I really do not think she looks terrible. BUT…she DOES look older! She looks ten years older. Like a mid-thirties woman who has had surgery to look younger. Yup, she is only 23. Doubtful she will stop with the surgery here. They never do!

I predict she’ll be on Real Housewives of whatever city they pick next…she was cute before (albeit annoying as hell)…it’s very sad that she felt the need to do that. I don’t think anyone was pressuring her to look different but herself…she needs help. Paging Dr. Drew or Dr. Phil!!!

oh my god!!!! only the other day i was watching an episode of the hills and thinking how gorgeous she WAS…. what a shame that someone blessed with such natural good looks goes and does this to her self???? what kind of a role model does she want to be for young girls out there!?!?!? i think she looks not only older but no where near as pretty as her former self…. 23 more like 33 plus. can someone say” insecure honey??” i am as of now a heidi hater lol.
Wasn’t she just quoted as saying “I’m addicted to plastic surgery.” And now all of a sudden she isn’t. And wasn’t she ALSO quoted as saying that she is broke and has went bankrupt making her ‘album…’ Then who paid for all of this??? Plastic surgery and/or procedures (whatever) are not cheap. I almost feel sorry for her. It’s like the other comment; it’s so obvious that she is just an insecure, vapid narcissist.
I am not a fan of Heidi but I thought she looked prettier before. You can see the 50 year old in her face in these photos!
She shouldn’t have done the brow lift, it looks REALLY strange.
