Heidi Montag has been all over the news this past week unveiling her new face and figure after having 10 more recent plastic surgeries.

I have posted numerous photos of her (links below) and her new face, but we had yet to see her smile…until now. And now I totally get why she hasn’t smiled up until this point. LOOK AT HER!

So, I take back everything I said about her not looking so bad. She looks horrendous! And yes, very, very, PLASTIC. The smile really does not look natural at all, and is not the least bit attractive. It’s just…um, weird. It has those Janice Dickinson, Joan Rivers qualities about it now.

Heidi is only 23 mind you, and you’re right everyone, she DOES look like a 40 year-old who is trying to look 23.

The best part of all this is that Heidi made one of the greatest quotes ever recently regarding her surgery. Get this, she said:

“I would know when I have gone too far. I know now that for a long time I’m good and it’s just maintenance. As I get older I’ll probably keep up with it. I definitely think that enough is enough. This is as far as I want to go for a long time. I don’t want to look like Cat Lady.”
