Lindsay Lohan is the E-Trade milkaholic baby?

Was the E-Trade milkaholic baby named Lindsay modeled after Lindsay Lohan?

That’s what Lohan is saying, and she is suing! Lohan’s attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, says that E-Trade is inserting Lindsay’s name to subliminally make you think of Lindsay Lohan during the ad. She also says that Lindsay has single name recognition such as Madonna or Beyonce.

A spokesman Grey Group, producers of the E-Trade commercial, is laughing off the allegations insisting that the name was simply chosen because it’s “a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”

Lohan’s team wants the ad, which debuted during the Super Bowl, pulled and killed. Ovadia says that Lohan’s “name and characterization” were used without her approval and that she is owed a whopping $100 MILLION in damages!!

Do you think she is on to something? Did you think of Lindsay Lohan when you first saw the ad? Honestly, I think I did! And for the record, I looked up popular baby names right now, and Lindsay wasn’t even in the top 100 for baby girl names… Opinions??

    No, I didn’t think of her. I assume that her lawyer is hoping for lots of publicity; otherwise, I couldn’t imagine many attorneys wanting to represent her on such a wasteful and frivolous claim.

    Side note: Surprisingly cute commercial, Baby Lindsay was funny.

    I do recognize her by one name, but it is Hohan…oops.lol. Also, I don’t think of her as much as an alcoholic as say a coke or meth head… :-/

    This is absolutely ridiculous. First of all, I’ve seen that commercial a hundred times and I could not have told you the name of the baby, let alone that it in any way made me think of Lohan. Girl is out of her mind if she thinks the majority of the population (meaning: those not in the celebrity business) thinks of her when they hear the name Lindsay. I can not wait to see how long it takes for this to be laughed away, just like everything else she’s done. So fucking absurd!

    Wow,i agree with the person that says they did not know the baby name after viewing the commercial.ME EITHER.Who cares that her name is Lindsay (I mean is she going to get mad over the other 8.1 billion people named Lindsay and try to sue them lol) She obviously need the money to fund her drug addictions lol

    Sounds like Lindsay Lohan really is as broke as everyone makes her out to be…Maybe instead of scamming her money, she could actually do some acting and earn it. She must be getting down to her pennies, if she’s pulling this scheme.

    Lindsay Lohan needs to get a life. I love that commercial and never thought of her one time until I read about the law suite. She must be truely desperate for money and publicity. There is no resemblence. Baby Lindsay is so much cuter and defenitely more mature
