Jesse James sexual harassment suits in 2000 and 2007
A former female employee of Jesse James’ sued James for sexual harassment back in 2000 and her allegations were quite intense.
Deann McClung filed a sexual harassment suit against Jesse James in April of 2000 and claimed that when she stood up for herself she was fired.
McClung claims she was harassed by Jesse on numerous occasions – and often. She says he kept porn all over the office, treated the women like meat, made inappropriate comments and even touched her without her permission. But the biggest “bombshell” she dropped was that Jesse exposed (and touched her with) his penis.
Court documents describe Jesse’s behavior as: “malicious and was intended to oppress, humiliate, and denigrate” McClung “without justification.”
McClung claimed that she suffered from extreme “stress, anxiety and/or depression.” She sought damages to make up for her lost wages and pain & suffering.
There was another sexual harassment suit against Jesse, while he was married to Sandra Bullock, in 2007. The woman, another former employee, alleges that Jesse repeatedly made sexual advancements towards her and sent her lewd emails. But of course she ended up sucking him off at least once (and kept “evidence”!) but still sued and won a whopping $725,000. And guess who her slimy, lowlife attorney was? You got it, Gloria Allred.
Whether or not these women are telling the truth or lying, everyone is going to believe them. I’m sure by the time this whole Jesse James thing is over, his mistress total will rival Tiger’s. ANY woman could come forward and make a payday out of this, even if they had never met Jesse.
Meanwhile, Jesse James’ current employees, including two females, are standing by him. They say that their usually upbeat, fun loving boss is keeping to himself and is struggling to get through each day. His employees also told People magazine that they don’t believe the numerous allegations against their boss.
