Tito Ortiz says Jenna Jameson is hooked on Oxycontin

UFC fighter Tito Ortiz says his girlfriend Jenna Jameson is hooked on Oxycontin and that’s what started the fight between the two Monday morning.

Tito was arrested after Jenna’s father dialed 911 reporting a dispute between the couple.

Jenna claims that Tito assaulted her and she was seen later with a brace on her arm. Tito was arrested on felony domestic violence charges, held, then later released on bail.

Tito held a press conference Monday evening regarding the incident and claims he never hurt Jenna, but was confronting her about her Oxycontin addiction after finding pills in her pants pocket. Tito’s lawyer Chip Matthews says Jenna has battled the Oxycontin addiction for a year and had relapsed. He said: “Jenna has been fighting a battle with OxyContin addiction for the past year. For Tito and her family this has been an uphill battle. Unfortunately this morning she had a relapse. Tito was trying to help her, she has threatened suicide before. Tito has done everything in his power to protect her privacy and the privacy of their children.”

Jenna responded on her Twitter page saying: “Its sad tito had to resort to attacking my character. I am being strong for my children, and I hope he feels a bit better now,” and “I am officially crushed…. I have so much I could say, but I refuse to ruin tito……I will never be the same, I lost the love of my life.”

Jenna spoke with TMZ while driving to Las Vegas early Tuesday morning (around midnight) and said that the whole fight started when she said “something very hurtful to his ego.” She claims he then shoved her into the bathtub causing her to tear two ligaments in her shoulder. (Then why the brace on her elbow?)

Just before 1:00 am Jenna tweeted: “Surprised so many of you believe titos allegations….im going to focus on happiness. Goodbye xxxxxx”

So now it becomes a he said – she said. Who is telling the truth here? Did Tito lose his temper and assault Jenna (police say there was noticeable injuries) OR was Tito just trying to help Jenna with her addiction?

One thing is for sure, this isn’t going to get uglier before it gets any better.
