Cyrus, 17, isn’t the sweet little teenager she used to be. In fact, she is obviously trying to shed her Teen Queen image entirely. And how.

In Miley’s new video, Can’t Be Tamed, she is dressed like a dark angel – or a dumpster diving crow – depending on who you ask. There seems to be a bit of Gaga inspired makeup and clothing in the video and Miley hardly looks, or acts, her age.

Miley is in a big hurry to be a woman, no? Little does she know she’ll be 40 before she knows it and would kill to be the Teen Queen she once was. Heh.

    I like the song and video.
    But not for her.
    She’s too young.
    It’s out of her league.
    And she’s copying Lady Gaga and other artists.
    I feel like she’s trying to compete and fit in with those other artists which she is not capable of pulling it off.
    ecspecially of her age, everyone is just going to call her a hoe because of this.
    In her interview, she was saying that the video was deeper and had a meaning. Well, put some clothes on and maybe people will want to understand the meaning.

    I love this song but i dont think she should have acted this way. I mean the video is a good video but not for her. I feel kinda bad about how no one can leave her alone bout stuff. She has grown up since Hannah Montana so i think she is just trying to show that she has grown up. I agree with Sarah about nothing being wrong with it. She doesnt wanna be known as the Little Girl for Hannah Montana. If she wants to make a video like that then she can. Just leave her alone bout it. I just dont want her to turn out Britney Spears or one of those Hollywood Whores. Just let her do her own thing and let her worry bout herself and you people worry bout yourselfs.

    Hey guys, people cant just be like the way they are 4ever! Life is like butterfly, we cant always be cocoon and hanging on the tree all the time, we need to break free. But we all know that life is choice.
    Miley being this way is just fine, she tries to be who she is. And there is she. 17 is not kid anymore guys!

    I think that Miley Cyrus is trying to break out of being “Hannah Montana” but that doesn’t mean she has to go around acting like this. She has taken the wrong way about it. Yes, she does have to grow up, of course, but acting like a 23 year old when you can’t even vote is not the way to go about it.

    Miley can’t have the best of both worlds in real life. She can’t sing “When I look at you” and then… this whateveryoucallit. You never see famous singers do this, because, well, IT DOESNT WORK. She is trying to act too much like Lady Gaga, Beyonce, and Brittany Spears, all of whom are OLDER than 21, unlike her. Miley needs to remember that she still is a kid (kid= under 18), like it or not, and when she signed up to be Hannah Montana when she was 11 she took on the role of being a good role model and having a lot of pressure of who to live up to, once again, like it or not.

    If she doesn’t want to be Hannah Montana anymore, atleast give her fans a more gradual change, not all this all at once crap. I think it’s good that she wants to change, and wants to be her own individual artist, but the first step is coming up with ORIGINAL songs and ORIGINAL lyrics, and living an ORIGINAL image. All of which she has yet to find.
