After three season’s Comedy Central’s The Sarah Silverman Program, has been canceled.

Silverman and producers ran into problems with the show last year when Comedy Central wanted them to cut the show’s budget by 20%. The three threatened to quit the show but worked out a last minute deal to save it. However, in the long run things didn’t work out and the show has been canned from the network.

Silverman is keeping busy in meantime, promoting her new book, The Bedwetter.

The Sarah Silverman Program was certainly not for everyone, but I actually liked it. Completely not PC whatsoever, but sometimes I find that to be refreshing. Sometimes crude and shocking, but hey, I like a warped sense of humor. More people should have one.
