Lindsay Lohan” “Someone Stole My Passport!”

Lindsay Lohan is saying now that someone has stolen her passport so she can’t get home in time to attend court Thursday.

Believe her? Me neither.

Lindsay says she went to the airport yesterday – without a passport – and tried to board her flight. She was denied. Now, remember, this is what she CLAIMS. Had she had made the flight she would have been home in time to attend another DUI class and make her court date. However, she says she is stuck in France.

Judge Marsha Revel has threatened to issue a bench warrant for her arrest if she didn’t make it to her Thursday court date, so we’ll have to wait and see if she is all bark and no bite.

Lindsay reportedly has an appointment with the U.S. Embassy first thing Thursday morning to obtain another passport.

So she realized Tuesday she didn’t have her passport and she doesn’t go to get another one for 2 days? Hmmmm…sounds to me like she wanted a couple more days to party it up in Cannes.

Meanwhile, Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, is going batsh*t crazy trying to keep her client out of jail.

She said: “I was on the phone with Lindsay’s assistant the entire night and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to L.A. Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to L.A. today to do more alcohol education classes and appear in court tomorrow.”

Sure it was. Wasn’t the volcanic ash from Iceland yesterday’s excuse? Hmph.

    First she uses the non-existent volcano ash excuse that a two year old would have known by googling Air France all flights are normal and there are no delays, when that flops her passport is “stolen”. However she hadn’t booked a flight home, and had been booked at parties for the rest of the week.

    This will be one time she will wish she wasn’t photographed, she’s going to be arrested at LAX and it will photographed in all it’s glory by every pap agency out there. Had she gone to those class she would have been done in 6 months but 3 years later she’s still got classes and group to finish up. I think there is no way to justify the classes not being done. Lindsay didn’t feel like it – so she didn’t do it.

    I really hope she does jail time, it’s not fair that non-celebrities go to jail for less and their excuses (real or not) are dismissed no matter what. She DESERVES to go to jail!
