Lindsay Lohan on controversial cocaine picture, court date
Lindsay Lohan sat down for an exclusive interview with Hollywood.tv in an attempt to clear up any confusion, rumors, surrounding her and recent events regarding Cannes and court.
I think it was a futile attempt, girlfriend is just NOT believable.
On the cocaine photos in Cannes: “I literally was walking back to my room in those photographs, with a few of my friends, after doing press for my movie, which I was in Cannes to do. I was with some of the producers that I work with. They went back into my room, and the director as well. I stopped in someone’s room because someone came out of their room and said ‘Could you just take a picture with me really quickly?’ So I went into the room, took a picture and then I left the room. I didn’t – I wasn’t looking around the room, I just thought I was taking a picture with a fan and I recently have heard about these photos, and no, I wouldn’t know what was in the room. It was none of my business what was in the room. I was taking a picture with a fan which I think anyone would have done in that situation.”
Then the interviewer later asked Lindsay, “Are you still taking drugs?”
She said, “No, no..” As she laughed it off, but blinked her eyes like CRAZY. If you know anything about body language, blinking your eyes a lot when saying something is a sure sign that you’re fibbing. You fibber, Linds!
Lindsay added that she thinks she has been in complete compliance with her alcohol classes, and she is still playing the stolen passport card too. Even blaming her father for the stolen passport.
The interviewer asked some pretty straight forward questions, which I loved. Another one of them being, “Why do you think it would be more important to party in Cannes than go to your hearing?” Lindsay’s response, of course, was the same old crap she keeps trying to feed the media. She replied, “I wasn’t partying in Cannes, I was there for work.”
Bad, bad actress! She is not convincing at all. Addicts think they are so smooth and coy. Lie upon lie upon lie. I think Lindsay is in such complete denial. Hell, she was probably coked up when she did the interview.
Towards the end of the video Lindsay is asked, “So you are getting ready for court tomorrow morning, and unfortunately you had to miss a very big day, which is your brother’s graduation. How do you feel?” Then Lindsay tried like hell to muster tears for the camera. Fake ass tears. Told you, bad actress. A good actress could have pulled it off, heh.
Lindsay looked pretty beat up in the video too. She looked like she had just come home from a bender in Cannes! Seriously. No 23-year old should be that tattered.
As for her court hearing, Lindsay was ordered to wear a SCRAM – or alcohol monitoring device – and will be fitted for that within 24 hours. She will also be randomly drug tested weekly and must stay in Los Angeles. Linds is supposed to be headed to Texas to film a movie, but it doesn’t look like that is going to be happening. Only July 6th another hearing is set, this one to determine whether or not Lindsay has violated her parole. If she has, she faces jail time.
Jail time schmail time. I’m convinced the only way Lindsay will do anytime is if she busted out a bullet in court and did a huge bump in front of the judge, but we’ll see…

Here’s what I heard, the Texas shoot was for Machete, reshoots and looping. So there is a chance if Rodriquez can’t make what he has of her now work, he may have to cut her out of the 1st movie she’s done in several years.
Hey she made a choice, miss her uncles funeral, her brother graduating from college with high honors, her court ordered classes, her court ordered counseling which she is behind on as well, to go promote a movie that if they started shooting tomorrow wouldn’t be released in two years. She wanted to go party in France, she did and now she’s in deep trouble. She’s not off the hook by any means and now the judge is going to punish her by adding even more probation time, which she got another year added just 6 months ago. At some point will it dawn on her she’s not running this show? She looks so beat, so old, and so over.
