    If I had walked out of the house like that at 17, my Mom would have grabbed me and grounded me for a long time. No, I’m no pop star, but why are the standards any different? WTF are this girls parents???

    It scares me that this is what little girls are going to aspire to be. I get it, when Britney Spears came out, she was sexy…but she wasn’t TRYING to be sexy like Miley seems to be. ANd her parents are right there; supervising her nude photo shoots, claiming they’re proud of her pole dancing skills and dressing her little sister up like a hooker witch for halloween. Sick.

    Yes, entirely inappropriate because she is performing for impressionable young girls. Girls who are in their early teens and little tweens. I should know, my 10 year old neice is a fan. You know, when I was 17 I did dress sexy but I also didn’t do it as a performance in front of CHILDREN! My life was as an older teen around other older teens and adults. This is too far and inappropriate.
