John Goodman’s weight loss is apparent

John Goodman, always a big guy, has undergone an amazing transformation with incredible weight loss.

Goodman was spotted last night at the AFI Life Achievement Award Honoring Mike Nichols looking much thinner. Goodman has taken steps to make himself healthier in recent years. Weight loss is only part of his plan. Goodman completed rehab a few years ago and it looks as though his choices in life are definitely paying off.
