Jake Anderson’s Father, Keith Anderson, STILL Missing

Jake Anderson’s father, Keith Anderson (above) is still missing

Keith Anderson, the father of Deadliest Catch deckhand Jake Anderson, is still missing.

Keith Anderson went missing in January when Jake was out on the fishing boat, The Northwestern, in the Bering Sea last January.

Keith’s truck was located in a logging area of Darrington, WA, but he has never been found.

On the latest episode of Deadliest Catch, Jake Anderson learns that his father’s truck was found, but that his father is still missing.

Keith Anderson started his day as usual meeting son Chris for their morning cup of coffee. He ran errands and helped move one of his daughter’s washer and dyer. That afternoon on January 6, 2010 Anderson went to meet a friend who would give him oxycontin. He normally would get what he needed and turn around and come home. The trip would take 3-4 hours of time.

Keith Anderson has not been seen since. So sad. Last season on Dealiest Catch Jake Anderson’s sister, Chelsea Dawn Anderson, died from complications from pneumonia. She had rheumatoid arthritis her whole life. She was only 37.

That kid has been through a ton a crap. Edgar and Sig are like family to him. In his off time, he has got his boat pilot license, etc. The kid really wants to work and make something out of himself. God Speed Jake!
