Lindsay Lohan jail: 90 day sentence!

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to JAIL by Judge Marsha Revel in Beverly Hills court today.

Lindsay Lohan was found to be in violated her probation stemming from her 2007 DUI. Lindsay was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and do 90 days of rehab!

Jail! Jail! Jail! That’s what you get for drinking and driving, blowing DOUBLE the legal limit, nearly causing a major accident, WHILE doing cocaine, and then trying to blame other people. Those aren’t my pants with cocaine in them, I wasn’t the one driving, etc.

Did you watch the live TMZ feed from court? It was totally interesting to say the least. Lindsay thought with her little sobbing song and dance she could pull some sympathy from the judge. But that sure did not happen! By the way, I have to say, Lindsay’s crying was the best acting she’s done in years, heh.

Lindsay will be reporting to jail on Tuesday, July 20th. She will keep her SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet on until that time. Because nothing makes you want to drink more than knowing you’re going to jail.

How much time will Lindsay Lohan actually serve in jail? Well, Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days in jail and she did 23. So I would guess that Lohan will be in jail for at least a month and a half. [Update: LA County Sheriff spokesperson says there is an overcrowding problem, so she will be released early, we just don't know how early.]

When the sentencing was handed down Lindsay LOST it. She cried like a BABY and looked at her attorney like, ‘WTF just happened? I’z da Lohan!’ She definitely looked shocked! I can guarantee you when she walked into court this morning she did NOT expect this.

Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan was in attendance. After sentencing, his spokesperson came out and talked with the media. She said initially that Michael would not be talking, but when he got there you could see that he was chomping at the bit to get a word in. Michael said he has always supported his daughter and has never supplied her with drugs or alcohol. By saying that it would seem he was hinting that Dina, Lindsay’s mother, had. Which, DUH, we all know Dina and Lindsay have partied together on numerous occasions. Anyhow, Michael posed for pictures afterwards…which, is just so weird to me. But such is the life of a Lohan…and most likely the reason why Lindsay is the way she is today.
