Shawn Chapman Holley quits Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holly has quit representing Lindsay Lohan after she was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days of rehab.
The reason Chapman Holley quit? Lindsay is appealing her sentence! Even Shawn Chapman Holley, quite an established attorney in Hollywood, knows that Lindsay deserves what she got, heh. Of course she won’t SAY that publicly, she’ll probably say it was conflicting schedules or something..
Lindsay’s new attorney? Tiffany Feder-Cohen, a totally wet behind the ears lawyer who was just admitted to the bar in November. She is going to have her hands full. Good luck, Tiff!
Sources have told TMZ that Lindsay is determined to fight this sentence tooth and nail. Even saying that she WILL NOT go to jail.
Just take it like a man, Lindsay. Quit being such a big baby for gawd’s sake. Wipe your nose (literally), serve out your teeny fricking sentence and move on with your life. Be a fricking role model for once and GROW UP!

Let me be the first to say, Ms. Holley has been a smokin’ criminal defense attorny since the OJ Simpson matter in what?” – ’95 was it? – and let me tell you, as one who understands this stuff all too well, it I needed a lawyer – if I somehow killed someone, Shawn Chapman Holley is who I would want to rep me, if only I could afford her.
