Now that we’ve seen the premiere of Big Brother 12, who do you think is the Saboteur?

I have gone back and forth on this one, but I am thinking it may be Brendon. Other popular Saboteur choices are Andrew, Kathy and (I think) Kristen. BUT Britney did suck at the hot dog challenge, and I’m not too convinced it was for real. SO many things have happened to be suspect of these four.

Brendon with the lights going out AND Andrew too. Those two were up an about when the lights were out. But of course they edited something to where we didn’t see the Saboteur in action, so who knows. Then Kathy and Britney doing terrible at the challenge made them suspect, and Andrew jumping on the chance to be out of the first challenge…that was weird too. So it is tough at this point. I’m not so sure the Saboteur would be so bold the first week. But of course I could be wrong.

So….Big Brother fans, who do YOU think is the Saboteur??

    The saboteur is MATT, please go back to the video right before the lights went off Brenden was sitting in the nominee’s seat before and Matt was nowhere to be found and when the lights came back on Matt was then sitting in the spot Brenden was previously sitting in and besides the cameras showed us what Brenden and Andrew was doing but we got nothing on Matt.

    Brendon! How weird is it that the lights go out and he is up supposedly looking for his toothbrush? I had a feeling it was him before that….not sure…just a feeling.

    Either Matt or the Sheriff lady….both were not sitting on the couch when the lights went off, when the lights came back on.

    Voila, both were on the couch like magic

    Dana is CORRECT! THE SABOTEUR IS MATT! In the video of all of the Houseguests “discovering” their keys. Matt was the only one who did not receive one. His clip started with the skull & crossbones on his drum-kit and showed him playing guitar. He was also the only one NOT using the official Big Brother black luggage bags for his clothing. He was specifically shown using his girlfriend/wife’s luggage which was also a skull & crossbones pattern. I had not noticed what Dana mentioned about when the lights went out, but I am sure it is accurate.

    Matt’s key was in his guitar case and he was holding the bb bag when he walked out of his house and to the car.

    I am sure it is not Andrew… thought Kathy, but now leaning towards Annie… she is blowing the Andrew incident on back sectional out of preportion and is gunning for him which woul be beneficial to her as everyone thinks he is the saboteur…. After reading the other post I am going to go back and look for those clues… but I am thinking Annie, could be wrong, but just have a feeling

    Ir’s kathy the police woman, she was the only one not there when the lights went out and she was gone most of the time the lights where out, she magically appear at the end of the couch right before andrew threw the pillow. Plus right before the hoh competition she is discussing the saboteur and she say quote ” what if we are doing something as a team and they sabotage it and we all end up having to eat slop” who thinks that the first day your gonna end up eating slop and working in teams. She seemed to knoe to much before the hoh competition was annoucaned and before the lights went out. Plus she did do pretty bad in the hoh competiton insuring no one on her team would get hoh

    there was several people not in the room when the lights went out, including: Brendon, Andrew, Kathy, Matt, and Monet. out of these four, The “Saboteur” is either Matt , or Kathy. It probably isn’t Brendon, because he just thought Big Brother wanted them to get to bed because it was the middle of the night, so he just wanted to brush his teeth, of course, i can be wrong though. Andrew was just playing around, but when he was pranking the houseguests it could have been a cover-up to go get the lock, because when the lights went back on, he was laying right in front of the storage room. But, Matt. He wasn’t anywhere to be seen when the lights went out, and when he was back, he was in the spot Brendon was sitting in, Correct? Anyways, Kathy was also nowhere to be seen when the lights went out, because they showed footage of brendon and andrew, but none of matt, kathy, or monet. because monet was nowhere to be seen aswell.

    R, you’re right about the key. I missed that VERY SHORT part of the clip. However, Matt is the ONLY one shown with with his personal luggage placed prominently in frame, AND it is shown that way in THREE separate shots. He even mentions that the bag is DISTINGUISHABLE! Julie said to watch that clip and “See if you can figure it out.” These are the only clues that I see that DISTINGUISH one Houseguest from the others. What do you think?

    After going back and trying to notice all the clues being talked about on here…. I do not think its clear th lock was put on when the lights were out anyway… when the message was played to the houseguest about the lock from the saboteur, most everyone had been up and changed into their pj’s…. when the lights first came back on they were wearing the same clothes as when they entered the house… time passed, peopled changed, and many moved around before Julie showed them the message… I am staying with the Sheriff or Annie. just a non-educated guess

    may i note thay when the lights came back on, matt was actually in his pajamas, but when brendon went to go get his toothbrush, he also looked like he was in pajamas.

    I just watched tonights episode. Remember when the blue team was in the room talking and kathy was talking to brittney as if she was a weakling. I believe the saboteur was someone in the room because when they woke up britney and kathys faces were x’d out and the saboteur said not to judge someone by their size. So the ppl who were in the room were the ones who witnesed kathy downplaying brittneys win.

    I KNOW 100% WHO THE SABOTEUR IS!!!!
    It is Andrew. He is a VERY religious othordox jew. If he planned on staying until the very end of BB, Sept. 15 he would miss Rosh Hashanah on September 8th and that is a VERY important jewish holiday. He would never miss it. Therefore, he plans to be gone in five weeks with $50,000.
    Also, it makes sense that BB would want to keep him around at least for a little while, otherwise the whole saboteur concept would be dumb. So they ask for a mascot and Andrew right away raises his hand. AFTER he’s in the costume and it’s finalized, they tell him he’s safe. CONVENIENT!

    My guess is that I think there is no saboteur… it’s all just a ploy by BB to get everyone paranoid. Consider:
    1. Who would NOT want to play the real game for $500k?
    2. There was way too much timing/lining up for the saboteur to strike when the lights went out. It had to be done by producers. Also, why would the saboteur be able to magically see so well in the dark when all the houseguests could not?
    3. Every house guest (I think) has had a diary session talking about the saboteur.
    4. All the “tools” and ideas that America gets to pick for the saboteur will just be done by producers.

    im pretty positive it is monet. watch her face anytime anyone talks about the saboteur. also she was quick to accuse when lights came on, she was never in the room until they came on and she claims to be in there the whole time. she is keeping such a low profile and in tonights episode when they said what will the saboteur do next they showed her for like a second more than everyone else and in the clip everyone was freaking about the crossed out faces while she was sanding in the middle with a deep thinking face on. it could also be matt but im betting on monet. all others mentioned here are too obviously suspicious. BB wants you to think its them.

    I don’t know how anyone could have put the lock on the door in the dark. It would have been very had to do… however, what if the lock had been put on BEFORE the lights went on and none of them noticed? Then it wouldn’t matter where anyone was sitting or what they were doing when the lights went off. Find out where every one was before the lights went out and who was near the padlocked door. Just guessing.

    I think the sabotouer is either Matt or Kristen. Kristen is my guess because of a gut feeling I got when the houseguests were introduced. Matt is my second choice because of al the other obvious things the other commenters have said, the bag and his key. I really wish the sabotouer wasn’t revealed to the houseguests so soon. It would have been soooo much more interesting for the viewers. Just my opinion.

    Well, all of you mentioning the lights going out, three people weren’t in the room at the time, also, I think that the Sabby has a higher voice, that voice put on was low yet hear able, anyone with a low voice is harder to hear, therefor, I don’t think they have a low voice.

    Has anyone noticed that Kristen hasn’t talked in the little private room yet? Everyone assumes it’s someone obvious, while it could very well be someone one has been very secretive from the viewers.

    I think the Sabby could also be Kathy.
    So far shes failed in both challenges (HoH and Have or Have Not)
    There’s no reason a Deputy Sheriff wouldn’t be able to have gotten through the caramel, and the way she was ever so gingerly opening the popcorn bags.. SUSPICIOUS!

    My daughter is so smart. It can’t be Monet cuz she won $10 grand. There mission is only to lose everything and sabotage everyone else’s plans. The Saboteur can’t win anything. It’s also not Hayden cuz he won HOH! There are 2 people eliminated.

    Wait – who else won after going across on the hot dog. There were 4 amounts: the 10K that Monet won, there was the $1000 prize, $100 and $1. We can eliminate these people.

    you know…..i personally believe that the Saboteur is Monet….I watched the clip of the black out like five times and she was definitely not in that room…no way Jose. Plus if you read her bio on CBS it says that she was “ready to eat Slop.” Hello! huge hint there i believe ironically they all have to eat slop on the first night….hello people thats suspicious. Also, Lynn….the saboteur is only being announced to America….just a misunderstanding of Julie’s words there…why would they tell the houseguests who it is that would be completely backwards….don’t they want the paranoia to set in on the houseguests?

    Tarrigan, what Lynn was saying was that the contestants should not have been told that there was a saboteur until later. It would have been more fun for the viewers to mess around with the contestants (via the saboteur) for a couple of weeks before the reveal.

    IMO: it’s Matt!!

    i think its kristen becuase on the wall there were 2 x’s on kathy and britney therefore its kristens annisials K.B thats what it think
