Lady Gaga on Vanity Fair
Lady Gaga graces the cover of the latest issue of Vanity Fair, naked, with her hair covering all the right places.
In the issue of Vanity Fair, Gaga admits to doing drugs and getting drunk at Yankees Stadium in June.
Of her past – and current – drug use, Lady Gaga says she mostly does cocaine.
She says: “I won’t lie, it’s occasional. And when I say occasional, I mean maybe a couple of times a year.”
“I do not want my fans to ever emulate that or be that way. I don’t want my fans to think they have to be that way to be great. It’s in the past. It was a low point, and it led to disaster.”
Gaga says she has had bad drug experiences in the past: “I was completely mental and had just been through so much. I hit rock bottom, and it was enough to send a person over the edge. My mother knew the truth about that day, and she screamed so loud on the other end of the phone, I’ll never forget it. And she said, ‘I’m coming to get you.’”
She refused to go into further detail, but says that she went to stay with her 82-year old grandmother to kick drugs.
“I told her I thought my life was over and I have no hope and I’ve worked so hard, and I knew I was good. What would I do now? And she said, ‘I’m gonna let you cry for a few more hours. And then after those few hours are up, you’re gonna stop crying, you’re gonna pick yourself up, you’re gonna go back to New York, and you’re gonna kick some a–.’”
Regarding the incident at Yankee Stadium where she got drunk and flipped off everyone, she tells Vanity Fair:
“Of course I got drunk at Yankee Stadium. My real fans know who I truly am, and they know what I represent and what I mean, and my music and my performance is what really speaks.”
Well, at least she’s honest!
She’s turning out to be rather insufferable, isn’t she? Borderline Lupus, which doesn’t exist, hitting bottom with drugs for an hour or two and then off to NYC. Come on. She’s a consummate attention whore and is starting to get old.
Hmmmm…is she or isn’t she off drugs? I love honesty, but I hope for her sake, she is done with the coke. She has so much talent. Too much to throw away for a meaningless white substance.
