Ali, Roberto Engaged: Bachelorette Finale

The Bachelorette Finale, Ali and Roberto are engaged

The Bachelorette finale aired tonight and we know know that Ali Fedotowsky chose Roberto Martinez – and he also chose her.

Ali and Roberto were engaged on The Bachelorette finale. Roberto told Ali: “You told me how important it was for your husband to love you unconditionally and to always be by your side no matter what. I want to be that man for you. I want to make you laugh. I want to make you smile. I want to make sure you wake up every morning for the rest of your life knowing that you are so, so loved.”

Ali replied: “You’re the only guy here today. . . I love you so much.”

The Roberto asked Ali to marry him. “I want to grow old with you. I want to share my life my life with you. Share my life with me?” Of course she accepted excitedly.

On the other side of the coin, finalist Chris Lambton had his heart broken the night before the final rose ceremony. Ali told him that she didn’t want to out Chris through the pain and heartbreak of showing up the last day then being rejected.

Chris was obviously devastated but took it like a man. Later he saw a rainbow, symbolic of his mother who had passed away, appear out of nowhere. It was not raining. Chris felt that was his mother comforting him and patting him on the back for putting his heart on the line.

So Smackaholics, do you think Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez will actually be married? Will they make it that long? We all know the track record of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette! Fopr their sake I hope they do. And Chris, I have a feeling you are going to find a great girl. Hang in there, bro. You’re a great catch.
